DIALYSIS ACCESS
A minor surgical procedure that involves creating an access portal is known as Dialysis Access. This portal, which is normally placed in your arm or leg, is used as an easy and safe access site for blood to be removed and returned to your body. An A-V fistula is created when your own vein is used for the access procedure. An A-V- graft is created when a prosthetic material is used for the access procedure.

Procedure offered by Dr. Chan:
Hemodialysis catheter placement
Peritoneal catheter placement
Creation/revision/declotting of A-V fistula/graft
